Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage recruitment and screening of candidates for various craft roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Manage a requisition load of 20-25+ job openings simultaneously
• Network to attract active and passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future opportunities

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• Ability to source, screen, and hire top talent
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices including EEO and diversity recruiting
