Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Manage a requisition load of 20-25+ job openings simultaneously
- Network to attract active and passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting
- Ability to source, screen, and hire top talent
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices including EEO and diversity recruiting
