• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with People Managers to assess business needs
• Source candidates through various channels and develop a sourcing strategy for current and future vacancies
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leads to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Expertise in talent acquisition processes, sourcing, and assessment techniques
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement
• Experience in local market knowledge and effective sourcing channels
