Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute full life cycle, high volume recruitment for various roles, managing 140-160 hires per year
  • Generate diverse candidate populations and develop recruitment strategies in partnership with business leaders
  • Conduct interviews and maintain candidate pipelines while managing the company's employment brand across social media
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in commercial real estate or property management
  • Prior Workday ATS experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
