Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines
• Generate a diverse candidate population and create effective recruitment strategies
• Develop candidate talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and assist with ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications

• BA/BA degree
• 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience
• Experience with candidate recruitment and business development
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with diversity sourcing strategies
• Experience with Workday recruitment management tools or ATS is a plus
