Job Summary

Partnering with business unit leaders to meet staffing needs, the full-time Talent Acquisition Advisor will analyze recruitment performance data, implement strategic workforce plans, and mentor junior team members in a 100% remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand and align staffing and recruitment needs with organizational goals
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and enhance hiring processes
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a desirable workplace
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS
  • Solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
