Job Summary
Partnering with business unit leaders to meet staffing needs, the full-time Talent Acquisition Advisor will analyze recruitment performance data, implement strategic workforce plans, and mentor junior team members in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand and align staffing and recruitment needs with organizational goals
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and enhance hiring processes
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a desirable workplace
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS
- Solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
