Job Summary
Providing consultative support, the remote Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, manage workforce planning, and negotiate offers to fill open positions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create sourcing strategies
- Manage recruitment strategies, including passive outreach and offer negotiations
- Advise on best practices for recruitment to meet short- and long-term business needs
Required qualifications
- 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
