Job Summary

Supporting corporate and operational functions, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop talent acquisition strategies across various business areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team for corporate and operations support functions, managing internal and external job openings
  • Maximize internal talent development through performance coaching and presenting growth opportunities
  • Source and screen candidates while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring for assigned roles
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
