Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor, this full-time position can be based in New Providence, NJ, Jackson, MI, or remotely, and focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across the U.S. by partnering with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to identify and secure talent at all levels.
Key responsibilities
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to define and refine role profiles and competencies
- Identifying and implementing effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels
- Managing the full candidate lifecycle within the SAP Success Factors recruiting module
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience with proficiency in SAP Success Factors
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and sourcing techniques
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and ATS systems
- Experience in designing and implementing selection and assessment processes
