Job Summary

Leading recruitment activities and providing HR support, the full-time salaried People & Culture Advisor will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and administer employee onboarding processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy of HR records

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR coordination
• Knowledge of US employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements
• HRIS experience with systems such as Rippling or ADP
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and support employee relations matters
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification (or working towards)
