Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor for a full-time contract opportunity, this role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process in the semiconductor industry, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while supporting hiring needs across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industries
• Proven ability to recruit for niche technical roles, including hardware and software engineers
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and related roles
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards
