Talent Acquisition Advisor
Job Summary
To support community-led growth initiatives, the full-time Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage AMER community events, drive customer education, and expand customer advocacy, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute community events across target AMER markets, fostering relationships with TA leaders
- Design and conduct educational sessions to enhance customer understanding of Ashby features and TA trends
- Develop and implement strategies to deepen brand trust and customer advocacy within the community
Required qualifications
- Experience as a power user of Ashby or familiarity with its functionalities
- Proven background in talent acquisition processes and tools
- Strong communication skills, including event facilitation and written summaries
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate
- Established network in major city hubs relevant to the TA ecosystem
