Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Enablement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver dashboards and reports on key recruiting metrics
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the ATS (Workday) and optimize recruiting workflows
- Partner with TA leadership to enhance recruiting operations and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience in recruiting or program management
- Strong technical expertise with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Experience with recruiting analytics and building reports using tools like Excel or Workday
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
