Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Enablement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and reports on key recruiting metrics
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the ATS (Workday) and optimize recruiting workflows
  • Partner with TA leadership to enhance recruiting operations and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience in recruiting or program management
  • Strong technical expertise with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
  • Experience with recruiting analytics and building reports using tools like Excel or Workday
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
