Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding activities including offer letter generation, background checks, and pre-employment screening
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and the effective use of systems and technology
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and support documentation of SOPs and training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and HR technology
- Process improvement and project implementation experience
- Knowledge of Workday and strong technical aptitude
