Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding activities including offer letter generation, background checks, and pre-employment screening
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and the effective use of systems and technology
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and support documentation of SOPs and training
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and HR technology
  • Process improvement and project implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Workday and strong technical aptitude
