Key Responsibilities
- Conduct labor-market research and summarize insights for recruiters
- Manage interview scheduling and maintain the daily TA dashboard
- Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support TA process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or analytics
- Experience in an OFCCP compliant environment
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboards
- Ability to simplify complex data for practical use
