Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct labor-market research and summarize insights for recruiters
  • Manage interview scheduling and maintain the daily TA dashboard
  • Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support TA process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or analytics
  • Experience in an OFCCP compliant environment
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Ability to simplify complex data for practical use
