Talent Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Talent Acquisition for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with HR & business team leaders to understand hourly hiring needs and develop recruiting plans
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Source and interview hourly candidates for open roles

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in full-cycle Recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work across diverse cultures and styles to build consensus and support
• Ability to continuously spot problem areas and act to improve systems and processes
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience with Workday or another ATS
