Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the TA technology stack, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations and Analytics Specialist will ensure data integrity, optimize global talent acquisition processes, and leverage recruiting metrics to provide strategic recommendations while championing innovative technology and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for core TA systems, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing processes
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new recruiting tools and technologies, focusing on AI and machine learning applications
• Develop and automate KPI dashboards and reports, conducting analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Analytics with a focus on recruiting
• Proven expertise as an administrator or super-user of a major Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met
