Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant documentation
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants to support recruiting staff
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics and assist in the coordination of recruiting activities and events
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree/GED
  • 1 year of experience in the HR field
  • 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
