Job Summary

To coordinate the Firm's lateral attorney and law student recruiting efforts, the remote Talent Acquisition Assistant will manage interview scheduling, serve as a point of contact for candidates, and maintain accurate records of candidate progress across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring shareholders
  • Maintain records of candidate progress and update the applicant tracking system regularly
  • Assist with pre-hire screenings and contribute to special projects to enhance talent acquisition processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably viRecruit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
