Job Summary
To coordinate the Firm's lateral attorney and law student recruiting efforts, the remote Talent Acquisition Assistant will manage interview scheduling, serve as a point of contact for candidates, and maintain accurate records of candidate progress across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring shareholders
- Maintain records of candidate progress and update the applicant tracking system regularly
- Assist with pre-hire screenings and contribute to special projects to enhance talent acquisition processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably viRecruit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
