Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Associate - Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for AI, automation, and engineering talent, while building relationships with clients and candidates in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple active internal and client roles in AI, automation, and engineering
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across various geographic regions, including Asia and Latin America
• Leverage AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, particularly in AI or engineering
• Experience with AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing and engagement
• Proven track record of recruiting for international clients, especially in the US, UK, or Australia
• Strong sourcing capabilities using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms, maintaining accurate and organized recruitment records
