Job Summary
As a full-time Associate on the Talent Acquisition team, the successful candidate will manage efficient hiring processes for various positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams while collaborating across the organization in a flexible location.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Support new hires with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing multiple workflows and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in interactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR platforms, preferably Workday
- Experience using technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and workflow management is a plus
