Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Associate to support hiring across the US Public Sector, this full-time position will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview logistics, and partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Coordinate and manage logistics for all stages of the interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech or operations environment
- Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems like Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating complex, multi-stage interviews
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate information
