Talent Acquisition Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading high-volume, agent-level recruiting efforts, the full-time remote Associate Director of Talent Acquisition will manage recruiting teams, ensure hiring targets are met, and collaborate with various departments to align recruiting strategies with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for high-volume hiring across assigned programs and locations
• Manage and develop recruiting leaders and teams to achieve hiring goals consistently
• Analyze recruiting data and trends to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, particularly in high-volume recruiting
• 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams or operations
• Experience in supporting high-volume frontline or agent-level hiring, preferably in a BPO/contact center environment
• Strong understanding of recruiting funnels, conversion metrics, and hiring analytics
