Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate Director to contribute to their talent strategy and tactics, building on and evolving their current people programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative solutions to attract and retain top talent
• Lead the design, implementation, communication, and administration of talent acquisition strategies
• Manage and mentor the recruiting team to become a best-in-class operation

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry coupled with agency recruitment experience
• Successful recruitment in all levels, including executive recruitment in BD/Commercial within Bio/Pharma
• Strong executive presence and proven influencing capabilities
• Proven ability to manage complexities of building talent acquisition departmental operations
• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
