Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, HR tech, or a related field
  • Experience managing ATS systems and implementing tools with successful enablement
  • Proficiency in AI and automation tools applicable to recruiting
  • Ability to design scalable and compliant processes for user adoption
  • Experience in fast-growing companies with adaptability to changing needs
