Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, HR tech, or a related field
- Experience managing ATS systems and implementing tools with successful enablement
- Proficiency in AI and automation tools applicable to recruiting
- Ability to design scalable and compliant processes for user adoption
- Experience in fast-growing companies with adaptability to changing needs
