Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a seamless, efficient, and consistent pre-hire experience for all caregivers
• Partner with various HR teams and vendors to drive candidates through pre-boarding activities
• Provide navigation support, timely updates, and answers to candidate inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of customer service experience using enterprise software systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer software and communication skills
• Experience in HR or coaching and training others on enterprise software or HR systems
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday, is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare industry roles and terminology is a plus
