Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to candidate, agent, and applicant questions via a ticket/website/social media system
  • Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Team in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as required
  • Assist with coordination and handling of applicants' inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Minimum 1-year experience in high-volume communications role
  • Experience and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office
  • Customer service, applicant retention mentality
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
