Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to candidate, agent, and applicant questions via a ticket/website/social media system
- Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Team in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as required
- Assist with coordination and handling of applicants' inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role in a complex and dynamic environment
- Minimum 1-year experience in high-volume communications role
- Experience and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office
- Customer service, applicant retention mentality
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
