Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
  • Consult with department managers to define hiring criteria, develop job descriptions, and set expectations for the recruitment process
  • Create and implement efficient, targeted recruiting strategies tailored to individual roles and business needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or multi-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and composure
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
