Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to assist with full life-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage candidate pools through internal and external sourcing
• Produce summary reports on candidate rosters and assist in multiple recruitments
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and brief hiring managers on shortlists

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration systems
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as International Affairs or Business Administration
