Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Nursing & Nursing Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates
• Develop diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Represent the company at job fairs and other events, providing information about career opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Human Capital Institute Strategic Acquisition certification required or to be achieved within 1 year of employment
• 2 to 4 years of related work experience
• Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office
• Previous human resources or talent acquisition experience preferred
