Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant / Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative recruiting strategies to engage top talent
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers
• Manage candidate experience and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• One (1) or more years of experience working in an internal applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One (1) or more years of experience in developing and executing recruitment plans preferred
