A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Jr. to Mid-level roles across various functions
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Drive outbound sourcing strategy and manage inbound ATS pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech
• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Lever or Greenhouse
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities
• Based in the EST time zone, preferably the New York Tri-State area
