Job Summary
To support healthcare recruitment efforts, the full-time Talent Acquisition Internal Consultant will manage the applicant tracking system, develop market-specific strategies for filling openings, and partner with agency leadership to meet hiring needs while ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the ATS to post job openings and ensure candidates are processed and presented to hiring managers within 48 hours
- Develop and implement strategies to attract candidates through partnerships, job fairs, and local marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with agency leadership to fill positions using creative sourcing strategies and analytics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicant tracking systems
- Experience recruiting for leadership openings strongly preferred
- Home health experience strongly preferred
