Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Consultant will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience for administrative support roles across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to create effective talent acquisition strategies and job descriptions
  • Utilizes various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Tracks and analyzes recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years)
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume, non-clinical roles in a fast-paced environment is preferred
