Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and management-level positions
  • Build talent pipelines through various sourcing methods, including job postings and social media outreach
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership roles
  • Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of sourcing strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
