Job Summary
Supporting full life cycle recruitment for early career positions, the full-time Talent Acquisition Consultant will partner with business leaders to enhance recruiting strategies and promote inclusive hiring practices in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for early career exempt and non-exempt positions
- Support the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies for assigned business lines or talent areas
- Build and manage talent pools to support workforce planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, including training in human resources interviewing and selection
- Experience with affirmative action and Equal Opportunity compliance
