Job Summary
Providing senior-level technical recruiting support remotely, the contract Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage end-to-end requisitions, conduct technical screens, and partner with hiring managers to ensure effective interview processes across various IT functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requisitions end-to-end, including intake, screening, assessment, candidate management, and offer support
- Conduct technical screens and behavioral interviews to validate skills, competencies, and cultural alignment
- Partner with hiring managers to run structured interview processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting across IT functions such as software engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting strategies and sourcing pipelines for specialized roles
- Experience conducting technical screens and behavioral interviews
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring leaders and internal partners
- Knowledge of legal requirements and internal policies related to hiring decisions
