Job Summary
Seeking a remote, contract Talent Acquisition Process Design Consultant to lead the assessment, redesign, and implementation of a modernized recruitment operating model, maximizing the use of the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ADP Recruiting Management) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve current talent acquisition processes and design optimized recruitment workflows
- Review and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develop supporting documentation for standardized recruitment processes
- Conduct assessments of recruitment operations to identify inefficiencies and implement a future-state recruitment operating model that enhances operational efficiency and candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in process and systems design within talent acquisition
- Expert-level knowledge of talent acquisition trends and best practices, including DEI integration
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, with preference for ADP experience
- Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and operational improvement in Talent Acquisition
- Strong project management skills with experience in developing implementation roadmaps and managing organizational change
