Job Summary

To support a key client's business needs, the remote, contract Talent Acquisition Consultant will drive full-cycle recruitment processes, connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process by screening and assessing candidates to advocate for their career opportunities
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies and outreach efforts
• Deliver on performance metrics and client commitments to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Customer Service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with role design and understanding of required competencies for successful placements
• Ability to leverage social networks and industry communities for candidate sourcing
• Strong organizational and technology skills to manage recruitment tasks effectively
