Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance the recruitment process, the remote Talent Acquisition Consultant will identify, attract, and hire top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
