Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source and attract candidates through various channels and manage the candidate experience
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide updates on recruitment activities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in tech or fin-tech
• Experience in talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong values, ethics, and integrity
