Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will work fully remote and has career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates recruitment efforts, including scheduling and communication between candidates and the hiring team
  • Posts internal and external job openings and advertisements while utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Delivers a best-in-class interview experience and manages candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Minimum of 1 year working in HR, recruiting, or staffing
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures
