Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates recruitment efforts, including scheduling and communication between candidates and the hiring team
- Posts job openings and utilizes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment documentation
- Manages candidate engagement and prepares offer letters and employment packets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
- Minimum of 1 year working in HR, recruiting, or staffing
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures
