Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates recruitment efforts, including scheduling and communication between candidates and the hiring team
  • Posts job openings and utilizes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment documentation
  • Manages candidate engagement and prepares offer letters and employment packets
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Minimum of 1 year working in HR, recruiting, or staffing
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures
