Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling and coordination
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate statuses and assist with job postings
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR functions, or high-level support/scheduling roles
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Dayforce
- Ability to perform heavy computer work within MS Office and ATS
