Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on candidate pipelines using Workday, adhering to hiring practices
- Deliver outstanding Talent Acquisition service by addressing customer needs and maintaining service levels
- Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with sourcing partners to attract and build candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, including onboarding
- Minimum of 1 year in an HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Strong technical acumen with application tracking systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft)
- Basic knowledge of candidate management and onboarding preferred
