Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers with job requisitions and candidate movement through the recruiting process using Workday
- Create and send offer letters, process candidate acceptances, and manage pre-employment screening
- Build relationships with stakeholders and provide ongoing support while participating in operations-based projects
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in HR/Recruiting or as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
- Strong dedication to customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
