Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers with job requisitions and candidate movement through the recruiting process using Workday
  • Create and send offer letters, process candidate acceptances, and manage pre-employment screening
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and provide ongoing support while participating in operations-based projects


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in HR/Recruiting or as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong dedication to customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
