Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Use Workday to track and report on candidate pipelines and updates
  • Deliver outstanding Talent Acquisition service to hiring leaders and candidates
  • Perform pre-screening of candidates and collaborate with sourcing partners
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience, including onboarding
  • Minimum of 1 year in an HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Strong technical acumen with application tracking systems like Workday
  • Basic knowledge of candidate management and onboarding preferred
