Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain applicant tracking systems
  • Support recruitment operations by ensuring a seamless hiring process and providing updates on candidate activity
  • Assist with job postings, onboarding processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
