Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Temp (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Manage candidate data in the ATS, maintaining accurate records throughout the hiring process
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing timely communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong commitment to delivering a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with GSuite and/or Microsoft Office tools
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
