Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide short-term support during a departmental reorganization and peak hiring period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Open new requisitions, customize job advertisements, and manage onboarding tasks
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across recruiting systems
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or administrative support role
  • Experience working in ADP or a similar Applicant Tracking System
  • Familiarity with task or project management tools such as Asana
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Proven ability to quickly learn systems and follow established processes in a short-term assignment
