Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide short-term support during a departmental reorganization and peak hiring period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Open new requisitions, customize job advertisements, and manage onboarding tasks
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across recruiting systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or administrative support role
- Experience working in ADP or a similar Applicant Tracking System
- Familiarity with task or project management tools such as Asana
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Proven ability to quickly learn systems and follow established processes in a short-term assignment
