Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System to manage job listings and hiring processes
- Coordinates and schedules interviews while facilitating pre-employment documentation
- Tracks hiring metrics and maintains recruitment-related documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Risk Management and Insurance, or Business Administration preferred
- 2+ years' experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role preferred
- Prior Workday experience preferred
- Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
