Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System to manage job listings and hiring processes
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews while facilitating pre-employment documentation
  • Tracks hiring metrics and maintains recruitment-related documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Risk Management and Insurance, or Business Administration preferred
  • 2+ years' experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role preferred
  • Prior Workday experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
